When you expressly opt in through a separate SMS consent process, you may receive text messages from Clinicians for Connections, operated by QueAlignment Consulting, LLC.

Providing your phone number, completing the quiz, requesting quiz results, subscribing to email, or accepting these Terms & Conditions does not automatically enroll you in SMS messaging.

Types of Messages

Depending on the messaging program and the type of consent you provide, messages may include:

Requested quiz or professional resources

Responses to inquiries and support requests

Information related to resources or programs you have requested

Promotional information about Clinicians for Connections resources, programs, or offerings when you have separately consented to receive promotional messages

Messages may be sent using automated technology.

You will receive only message categories covered by your applicable consent.

Message frequency varies depending on the messaging program and the communications you have requested or selected.
